We are one of the area's largest & best driving agencies, and we are turning work down most days due to our success - so we are looking to recruit even more professional drivers (especially HGV Drivers).

We offer our drivers great regular work and the majority of our drivers work for us full time or whenever they are available. We also offer guaranteed hours contracts to a lot of drivers so if you are on a contract with Paradigm Personnel and we are unable to find you work for any day when you are available to work then you still get paid!

The best bit about working for Paradigm Personnel as a driver is that we have lots of ongoing temporary work, as very few of our customers ask us to recruit permanent drivers for them. If they are looking for a permanent driver then they will normally take a driver on in the first place as a temporary driver and then offer them a permanent job.
